• In honor of Black History Month this February, the AY  department invites all youth of Cornerstone Church to participate in an exciting essay writing contest .This is a wonderful opportunity for you to express your creativity and share your thoughts on the rich history and contributions of Black individuals and communities. Your essay should focus on a significant figure, event, or theme in Black history that inspires you. Feel free to explore topics such as civil rights, cultural achievements, or personal stories that highlight the impact of Black history on our society today. Please submit your essays to Sis Onika Williams, the AY leader, by  February 6.
   

• For all college students who are interested in the church’s scholarship program, you will need to turn in your last 2025 transcripts to the Education Department no later than February 7th to be considered for the payout on February 28: the requirements for the scholarship is a 3.0 GPA and being in good standings with the Church. • We invite you to join us for Go Red for Women on February 7, 2026, a special day dedicated to raising awareness about heart health and overall wellness. As part of this meaningful observance, we will come together in worship and community to highlight the importance of caring for our hearts physically, spiritually, and emotionally. The day will include an Adventist Youth (AY) Program at 4:00 PM focused on youth and men’s health. We encourage everyone to wear red in support of women’s heart health and to join us for this impactful and informative experience. See the flyer below for more details!

• On February 21, 2026, we’re coming together for our Cultural Diversity & International Day & Social. Expect vibrant traditions, meaningful worship, and a joyful time of fellowship as we celebrate the many backgrounds represented in our church. Come dressed in traditional attire if you’d like and stay for the social after service!

• Parents and Guardians, you are asked to please bring out your children to sabbath school, specifically on the 1st & 3rd Sabbaths of the month; there will be a special Children's Sabbath School held in Tigner Hall starting at 10:00 am.
