There’s something powerful about pausing long enough to look back, and our first annual End-of-Year Banquet gave us that space. It wasn’t just a celebration; it was a moment to reflect and appreciate the journey we’ve taken together as a church family over the past year.
From the moment guests arrived, it was clear this night was special. People showed up dressed to impress, filling the room with elegance, personality, and joy. Laughter echoed across tables, conversations flowed easily, and the energy felt warm, like family gathering after a long season apart. The incredible food only added to the experience, bringing people together over shared plates and shared stories.

One of the highlights of the evening was a fashion show that truly embodied inclusivity and creativity. With participants of all ages stepping confidently onto the runway, it was a beautiful reminder that style and expression have no age limit. Each walk brought cheers and smiles, reinforcing how meaningful it is to celebrate one another exactly as we are.
The night also created space to honor those whose dedication and service went above and beyond this past year. Our MVPs were recognized with heartfelt appreciation, acknowledging the countless hours, quiet sacrifices, and unwavering commitment they have poured into the life of our church. It was a powerful reminder that behind every successful ministry is a community of people willing to show up and serve.

Adding a fun and unexpected twist to the evening was the hat competition, a playful showdown between a turkey hat and a handmade creation. What started as lighthearted fun quickly became a crowd favorite, sparking laughter and friendly debate. Moments like these reminded us that joy and fellowship are just as important as reflection.
Throughout the night, photo booths captured candid smiles, stylish poses, and shared laughter, freezing memories we will carry long after the evening ended.
As we reflect on the year behind us, this banquet reminded us why gathering matters. It is in these shared moments, around tables, on runways, and through laughter and recognition, that community is strengthened. The End-of-Year Banquet was not just about closing out a calendar year; it was about celebrating growth, honoring service, and recommitting to walking forward together.
As we look ahead, our hope is that this tradition continues to grow. We are excited not only to gather again but to welcome new faces into this space of celebration, reflection, and family. If this year was any indication, we cannot wait to see who will join us at the table when we come together again at the end of this year.
